Healthy Snacking with our easy to make energy bars
Working from home certainly has perks like logging in when you’re still in your pajamas or typing from the comfiest spot on the couch.
However, we need to think healthy and versatile when it comes to snacking in order not to feel guilty about it.
Our Executive Chef of Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso is sharing with you one of our all time favorite recipe for amazing and very easy to do energy bars. This is one of our best sellers in our DivineYou Wellness programs, they are quick and easy to make.
Here’s how they’re made
Ingredients :
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup fresh almonds . Bake for 10’ at 180 ͨ
1 cup dried apricots
¼ cup water
¼ cup honey
Blend them to create a smooth batter
½ cup puffed kinoa
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried raspberries
Method :
We bake the oatmeal, the pumpkin seeds and the fresh almonds for 10’ at 180o C
Then we been the dried apricots, the water and the honey to create a smooth batter
We mix all the ingredients and bake for 20’ at 170o C
We remove from the oven and when it is in room temperature we cut in bars shape.
