Combining cinematic design with a top culinary experience, Juju Summer will undoubtedly become the new hotspot in the city. The new Juju Summer is located next to Thea Pool Restaurant and the hotel pool, thus offering the opportunity for all-day entertainment in the heart of the city. Swim and relax in the Olympic-sized swimming pool and then enjoy an unparalleled culinary journey, inspired by 7th Art.
The dishes, perfect to the last detail, travel you between traditional flavors and memories, with a modern and creative twist. The menu goes beyond the definition of haute cuisine, highlighting favorite and familiar flavors with creative, surreal perks, perfectly harmonized with the idea of JuJu Summer.
Among the signature dishes on the menu are the “Guido” salad, with pear, gorgonzola cheese and macadamia nuts, the bao buns either with pork or lobster and the “8 ½” Burger inspired by the legendary movie.
Uniquely complementing the menu, the wine collection offers an equally interesting approach, providing a wide variety of excellent Greek and international wines, which further highlight your experience. In addition, the bar serves branded cocktails inspired by the legendary movie “8 1/2” by Federico Fellini.
